Check out the 2010 Flames Summer Camps.
2010 Flames Summer Camp Info Page After completing his inaugural season at the helm of Liberty's men's basketball program, head coach Dale Layer is gearing up for his second year of Flames Basketball summer camps. Day camps for boys and girls ages 8-18 will run in two sessions, June 14-17 and June 21-24. The four day sessions will take place in the LaHaye Student Center, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The Flames Elite Camp is slated for June 18-19, utilizing nine regulation hardwood basketball courts in the Vines Center, the Schilling Center and the LaHaye Student Center. Eligible participants include high school sophomores through graduated seniors. The Flames Team Camp will accommodate high school varsity and junior varsity teams in the same facilities, June 25-28. Last year, Flames Basketball Camp enjoyed a successful summer camp session, with over 20 teams from five different states attending camp. "Team and Elite Camp is a great way for players to get some exposure to our university and our staff that we otherwise would not be able to see in the spring or summer," Layer stated. "We anticipate working with all the different schools, athletes and coaches that will be on campus this summer."
