Liberty baseball offers kids of Liberty University faculty and staff a 15% discount for its two upcoming summer camps. The Flames baseball staff will hold two camps this summer. Head coach Matt Royer and his staff will hold a summer skills camp for 7-14 year olds from June 12-14, while a high school camp will be held from June 19-20. The summer skills camp will provide campers, ages 7-14, with individualized instruction from the Liberty coaching staff. The camp will be held at Worthington Stadium. The camp will run for three days, Monday, June 12 through Wednesday, June 14, and will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Lunch will be provided. The cost of the camp is $150.00. To ensure quality preparation, the staff is asking that you pre-register by Friday, June 9.
The high school camp is opened to high school age players and will run Monday, June 19 and Tuesday, June 20. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day and provide instruction in all facets of the game of baseball, while giving campers the opportunity to be evaluated by the Liberty coaching staff. The cost of the camp is $195.00 for commuters and $245.00 for on-campus housing. All meals will be included. For those planning to stay in on-campus housing, they will need to bring their own bedding and towels for their stay. Children of Liberty University faculty and staff will recieved a 15% discount.
