Game Day Central vs. Charleston Southern

Following Thursday afternoon's practice session, Liberty's final tune-up before hitting the road on Friday morning, LibertyFlames.com had a chance to catch up with Flames' head coach Danny Rocco for today's Rocco Weekly Review.

Liberty is coming off the Flames' most dominating Big South performance during Rocco's four-year tenure on Liberty Mountain. Last weekend, Liberty rolled to a 58-13 victory over Coastal Carolina in the Flames' Big South opener.

The victory extended Liberty's conference winning streak to 12-straight games, which is the nation's fourth-longest active conference winning streak among FCS programs.

Below are the questions Nick Pierce had a chance to ask Rocco following Thursday's practice session at Williams Stadium:
• What do you feel are Liberty's chances to extend its Big South winning streak against Charleston Southern this weekend on the road?
• How did you keep your team focused throughout the week, following such a dominating victory over Coastal Carolina, last Saturday?
• Who do you feel has a better chance to extend its winning streak this weekend, either Liberty's 12-game conference winning streak or Charleston Southern's seven-game home winning streak?
• What is the overall health status of your team heading into the matchup with Charleston Southern, particularly the status of tailback B.J. Hayes?
• Considering the multitude of running backs who have started to step up of late, how did your running backs look during practice this week?
