Those unable to attend Liberty's season opener against West Virginia will have several opportunities throughout the country to see the game on television.

Two-time Big South champion Liberty will open up its 2009 season at West Virginia on Saturday, and those around the country who are not able to make the trek to Morgantown, W.Va., might have a chance to catch the matchup on their television local provider.

Last week, Liberty Athletics announced that WSET Channel 13, Lynchburg's local ABC affiliate, was going to carry the BIG EAST Regional/ESPN Regional production.

Over the weekend, West Virginia released several additional stations, which will be carrying the game, as part of the BIG EAST Network. The network includes such television markets as Tampa, Fla., Denver, Colo., Milwaukee, Wis., Providence, R.I., New Orleans, La., and numerous stations throughout the state of West Virginia.

Additionally, the broadcast is going to be part of the ESPN College GamePlan on DirecTV and via broadband connects on ESPN 360.

Finally, MASN will be airing the game on a tape-delayed basis, as the football broadcast is scheduled to re-air on Saturday at 11:30 p.m. and Sept. 8 at 8 a.m.
