Fans wishing to cheer on the Big South champion Liberty women's basketball team as it makes its 12th NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship appearance may purchase tickets for the Lady Flames' first-round game on Sunday through the Liberty Ticket Office.

Liberty (24-8) earned the No. 14 seed in the Raleigh Region and will face No. 3 seed Louisville (29-4) in the first round, Sunday at 9:30 p.m. The contest will be the second half of a doubleheader at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge, La. The opening game, slated for a 7 p.m. tip-off, features the host team, No. 6 seed LSU (18-10), and No. 11 seed Green Bay (29-3).

Tickets for the first round, good for both of Sunday's games, cost $16 for adults and $11 for youth. To purchase tickets, fans are asked to email tickets@liberty.edu by 11 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Within the body of the ticket request email, please include the following information: First and Last Name, Billing Address for Credit Card, Contact Phone Number, Alternate Phone Number, Quantity of Adult Tickets Needed and Quantity of Youth Tickets Needed. Once the email is received, a ticket office representative will call to complete the purchase.

The tickets purchased are good for the first round only. However, if Liberty wins Sunday night and advances to next Tuesday's second-round contest, you will automatically be charged for the same number of second-round tickets.

All tickets will be available for pick-up at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on Sunday, prior to the LSU-Green Bay game.
