What is your favorite Bible verse and why?
Isaiah 40:31. "But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

This is one of my favorite verses because it reminds me that God is faithful and there is nothing in this life that I have to go through alone. I am reminded to call on Him for peace when I need it, and He will give me strength to do anything.

What type of music do you like to listen to?
Despite many people who would say that I probably enjoy rap and R&B-type music, I actually mostly listen to country and Christian music. I love our campus praise band and have made a lot of CD's that I play in my car all the time!

What is your favorite play in volleyball?
My favorite play is hitting a "tight," which is a quick ball set behind the setter.

What is your favorite sport to play (other than volleyball)?
I'll go with backyard football. My brothers make that pretty entertaining (although they hog playing quarterback!)

How did you start playing volleyball?
I started playing in middle school, and decided to commit to volleyball after George and Lori Celia encouraged me to pursue it at a camp I attended. I ended up playing on a club team they coached, and they dedicated a lot of time in helping me develop. From then on, I was in love with the sport!

The actress who would play me in a movie is …
I'd rather get a couple lessons and play myself!

What is your nickname and how did you pick it up?
BP… they're my initials!

The most famous person I've met is …
On a road trip one time, the Liberty volleyball team met Vanilla Ice!

My favorite restaurant is …
I like Mexican food when I go out to eat, and I would have to say my favorite in town is La Fogata. However, I always enjoy eating at the Macaroni Grill!

A couple items on my "Bucket List" include …
Travelling to Africa and Italy. I'd like to ride in a hot air balloon someday as well!
