Liberty and ACS Athletics have announced a partnership this week to better service Liberty's student-athletes. Liberty will use ACS Athletics' Team Manager program to allow for greater communication with student-athletes and coaches, while assisting in the monitoring of sensitive NCAA Compliance information.

Student-athletes and coaches will now be able to complete forms and paperwork online through the ACS system, saving Liberty Athletics Department staff members time, while creating a more efficient flow of information. Student-athletes have exclusive access through LibertyFlames.com and can access the system anywhere. The launch of the system is the culmination of nearly a year long effort by the Liberty Athletics Compliance Office and ACS Athletics.

"We're honored to work with ACS to assist our coaches and student-athletes," said Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance Mike Hagen. "ACS has done a tremendous job in working to make sure our student-athletes come first throughout this project. Not only will this system provide better care in monitoring NCAA rules, but will allow our coaches, staff and student-athletes a more efficient way to work. We look forward to building this relationship in the upcoming years."

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, ACS Athletics is a privately held company. Among ACS's customers are Texas A&M, Toronto Maple Leafs, Oregon, Department of Defense – Europe, National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association, Texas, UNLV, Florida State, LSU, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, TCU, Washington, Texas High School Coaches Association, Auburn and Baylor.
