Sunday's contest will pit the top two teams in the ASUN against each other in the Lady Flames and Dolphins (10-2, 3-0 ASUN). Jacksonville, which was picked to finish first in the ASUN, has won the ASUN Women's Lacrosse Championship title a league-high five times. The Dolphins are currently on a nine-game winning streak and will host No. 17 Florida on Thursday prior to welcoming Liberty to Jacksonville.
The Lady Flames and Dolphins will be facing each other for the fifth time but first as ASUN Conference members. JU is 4-0 in the all-time series, with the most recent win coming just under seven years ago (April 13, 2012).
