Liberty men's basketball junior Scottie James has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District Team. James earned Second Team honors in District 3.

James was one of four players from the ASUN Conference that earned All-District honors.

James was stellar during his second year with the Flames, averaging 13.1 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. The big man has proven to be one of the most efficient scorers in the nation, as he leads the conference in field goal percentage, shooting 67.6 percent from the floor.
