  • Tuesday, Liberty and ETSU will be meeting for the third time in the all-time series. The Buccaneers have won the previous two meetings. Last season, ETSU edged Liberty 1-0 at Osborne Stadium.
  • Liberty's match at ETSU on Tuesday will complete a three-game road swing. The swing in the Flames' longest of the season. The Flames are 1-1 on the trip.
  • Tresor Mbuyu currently leads the ASUN Conference in goals (3) and points (10).
  • Forward Matthew Zaczyk enters Tuesday's contest tied for second in the ASUN Conference in goals (2) and points (5). The sophomore has pointed in all three of Liberty's contests and has already posted a career-high for points in 2018.
  • In their first match in the state of Florida since 1999, Liberty fell to UCF 4-1, Friday night in Orlando, Fla.
  • Midfielder Kevin Mendoza netted his first goal of the season in the contest. Mendoza led the Flames with 10 goals in 2017.
  • Goalkeeper Brogan Engbers recorded a career-high five saves in net for the Flames until being replaced by James Knoebel, who saw his first action in goal this season.
