Liberty University Athletics just concluded its part in this Christmas season's Red Kettle Campaign, presented by the Salvation Army.

Liberty student-athletes, coaches and staff members spent the past two weeks ringing the bell outside Wal-Mart on Wards Road and Value City at River Ridge Mall. The campaign is intended to raise necessary funds for the Salvation Army to purchase toys for less fortunate children, food for community holiday dinners and Christmas gifts for shut-ins.

Director of Athletics Jeff Barber, head football coach Danny Rocco and head men's basketball coach Ritchie McKay were just a few of the members of the Liberty Athletics family the community was able to visit with, while donating to the Salvation Army cause.
