Gonzalez claimed set one, 6-3, before Medina evened it at a set apiece with a 6-4 second-set win. In the third set, Gonzalez prevailed, 6-2, taking the match (6-3, 4-6, 6-2) and lifting the Aggies to the 4-1 win.
