  • Liberty ranks No. 6 in scoring defense in the country allowing 60.5 points per game.

  • On Jan. 2, Ritchie McKay picked up his 83rd win at Liberty, becoming the second winningest coach in Liberty's history. 

  • Liberty snapped a 13-game losing skid at the Winthrop Coliseum winning for the first time since Feb. 18, 2004 (74-62).

  • Liberty is the first Big South team since the 2014-15 season (Coastal Carolina) to pick up 9 wins during non-conference.

  • Nine wins during non-conference is the most for Liberty since the 2008-09 season.
