Crist and Dollar are the first players in program history to represent Liberty at the ITA Women's All-American Championships.
Liberty women's tennis players Evangeline Crist and Anna Dollar have been invited to compete in the 2016 Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships at Pepperdine in Malibu, Calif.
Crist and Dollar will square off against Hawaii-Manoa's Cindy Nyugen and Roxanne Resma in their first match on Saturday at 9 a.m. (PST) at the Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center.
Crist, a junior, and Dollar, a sophomore, are the first players in program history to represent Liberty at the event. The double's pair will compete in the pre-qualifying doubles draw on Saturday and Sunday. The duo is 2-0 so far this fall.
If Crist and Dollar advance out of pre-qualifying, they will play in the qualifying draw on Oct. 4-5, at the Riviera Tennis Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif. The main draw will be played from Oct. 6-9.

"This is another first for the program! We continue to set the bar higher, and the girls continue to rise to the occasion," said head coach Jeff Maren. "And I'm equally proud of our entire team for putting forth their best efforts in practice this fall."
