While playing for a Division I athletics program, teammates bond and form friendships that can rival and sometimes surpass the relationships built between siblings.

During hours upon hours spent together as a team in practice, early morning workouts, study hall, time in the training room and bus travel for road contests, the four or five years student-athletes spend together with teammates often parallels the time one spends with your family.

Six members of Liberty's 2016 women's lacrosse team experienced the best of both worlds as they played alongside their siblings during the past season.

Liberty's 2016 women's lacrosse roster included three sibling pairs – Abby (So.) and Kallie (Sr.) Britton, Hannah (Fr.) and Katy (So.) Pridemore and Brittany (Fr.) and Victoria (Jr.) Tickle.

The LFSN Game On staff recently spent time with the Lady Flames' trio of sister pairs, along with Liberty Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Kelly Nangle, to explore the uniqueness of experiencing college life together as teammates and sisters.
