Following an 11th-place finish at the 2015 Ka'anapali Collegiate Classic, Isaiah Logue has been named this week's Big South Men's Golfer of the Week.
Logue posted an even par 213 score (72-70-71) on the Ka'anapali Golf Course (par 71, 6,700 yards) to share 11th place with three other golfers.
The honor marks the third time this fall Logue has been named the Big South Men's Golfer of the Week. He also received the same accolade following a third-place finish at the Rod Myers Invitational and shared medalist honors with teammate Gabe Lench at the Rees Jones Invitational.
Logue's performance during Liberty's first-ever trip to the Hawaii gives him four-straight top 15 finishes during the fall season.
The sophomore closed with rounds at 1-under par and even, giving him seven out of 12 rounds this fall at par or better.
The native of Fairfield, Pa., finished the fall season for the Flames with a 71.67 stroke average, the third best fall stroke average in program history.
Logue and the Flames will return to action on Feb. 1-2 when they travel to Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., to participate in the Sea Best Invitational at the TPC Sawgrass – Dye Course.
