With Big South Basketball Media Day taking place on Monday, LFSN's Matt Warner and Paul Nazigian caught up with Liberty men's basketball head coach Ritchie McKay.
During the interview, McKay discussed the changes that have taken place in the conference since his first stint. McKay also talked about the 2015-16 Flames and the recent NCAA rule changes.

The Flames will travel to Radford on Dec. 3 for their first of 18 Big South Conference tilts this season.
