This week, LibertyFlames.com continues to showcase video interviews from its six-part series with the Liberty's men's basketball coaching staff. Produced by the Liberty Flames Sports Network, the series includes interviews from head coach Ritchie McKay, assistant coaches Kyle Getter, Omar Mance and Brad Soucie, assistant to the head coach Matt Olinger and strength and conditioning coach Henry Barrera.
Today's installment features Olinger, who reunites with McKay for the 2015-16 season, this time as the program's assistant to the head coach.
During the interview, Olinger discussed what his job entails, as well as the personal friendships and chemistry among the coaching staff.
