The Liberty men's cross country team is ranked No. 15 in the Southeast Region, entering Saturday's Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational.
For the third consecutive poll, the Liberty men's cross country team remains at No. 15 in the Southeast Region, as announced today by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Most of this week's Southeast Region rankings remained unchanged, including Virginia staying at No. 1 and Furman at No. 2. However, Eastern Kentucky climbed to a season-best No. 3.
Liberty, which has not competed since the Sept. 2 UVa Duals, will take part in Saturday's Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational at Panorama Farms in Earlysville, Va.
The men's 8K will get the day started at 10 a.m. and will feature six of the top 15 squads in the Southeast Region, including regional No. 1 Virginia, No. 2 Furman, No. 3 Eastern Kentucky, No. 9 High Point, No. 10 Wake Forest and No. 15 Liberty.
The women's 5K will follow at 10:45, including five ranked squads from the Southeast Region. These include regional No. 3 Virginia, No. 5 Eastern Kentucky, No. 6 Furman, No. 9 Wake Forest and No. 11 Coastal Carolina.
