Athletics Hall of Fame Banquet Tickets Available

Hall of Fame Banquet Tickets

The 2015 class of the Liberty Athletics Hall of Fame will be inducted at a banquet ceremony on Sept. 18 at 7 p.m., as a part of the celebration surrounding the Montana football weekend. Tickets for the evening's event are now on sale.

The five-member Hall of Fame class, which is the Athletics Department's seventh inducted group, includes: Eric Green (football), Mike Hatch (wrestling), Katie [Feenstra] Mattera (women's basketball), Sam Rutigliano (football coach) and Pat Sipe (baseball). Each of the inductees will be presented by a person of their choosing and will address the audience that attends the banquet.

All of the inductees will be presented with an etched glass piece that will memorialize this honor. This group of five will bring the total number of Athletics Department Hall of Fame members to 37. All Hall of Fame inductees are honored with a display in the honors area of the Vines Center.

The induction banquet, open to all Flames Nation fans and the general public, will be hosted on Liberty's campus in the Williams Stadium Tower Club Pavilion (third floor). Tickets are available for $30 at the Flames Ticket Office or online at the link provided below. All purchased tickets will be available for pick up as you enter the banquet unless picked up in person at the Flames Ticket Office.

The five inductees will also be presented to the audience at the Montana football game on Sept. 19. The contest against the Grizzles begins at 7 p.m.
