Lady Flames Remain at No. 13 in Mid-Major Top 25 Women's Mid-Major Top 25

For the second straight week, Big South Conference champion Liberty is ranked No. 13 in the latest Women's Mid-Major Top 25.

Since last week's poll was released, Liberty (26-6) defeated UNC Asheville (59-51), Campbell (71-43) and High Point (74-64) to win the Big South Women's Basketball Championship title for the 16th time in the last 19 seasons. The Lady Flames, who have won 14 consecutive games, completed a sweep of the Big South regular-season and tournament championships.

Princeton, Chattanooga, Florida Gulf Coast, James Madison and Green Bay own the top five positions in the rankings, which are made up of teams from the following conferences: America East, Atlantic Sun, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, Colonial, Horizon, Independents, Ivy, Metro Atlantic, Mid-American, Mid-Eastern, Missouri Valley, Northeast, Ohio Valley, Patriot, Southern, Southland, Southwestern, Summit, Sun Belt, West Coast, Western Athletic.

The Lady Flames will make their 16th appearance in the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championship, with their first round game set for either March 20 or 21. The full bracket will be revealed on Monday at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
