Football will wrap up its spring weight training session with an "Afternoon of Champions" on Thursday in the weight room of the Williams Football Operations Center (FOC).
For the first time in program history, Liberty's strength and conditioning program is opening up one of the biggest testing days of the year for the football program to the general public.
The event will start at 2:30 p.m. and will run for approximately three hours. During the workout session, Liberty's football players will be tested in the following areas: hang clean, bench press, vertical jump and standing long jump.
Fans wishing to attend the event are encouraged to park in the Bailey parking lot (main parking lot at Liberty Baseball Stadium) and to walk down to the FOC. Liberty's weight room is located in the lower level of the FOC.
