New Chair Back Seats Installed At Williams Stadium

On Wednesday, the installation process began on over 1,500 red plastic chair back seats at Williams Stadium. The new chair back seats will give added comfort to fans that purchase reserved tickets.

Zelinskas Garners ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America Second-Team Recognition

Liberty senior Arlene Zelinskas has been voted a second-team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America selection for women's track & field/cross country, it was announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) on Wednesday. She becomes the 11th Academic All-American in school history, and the first since 2005.

Lange's Silver Stars, Feenstra's Shock to Square Off on Sunday

As the WNBA season nears the All-Star break, two of the league's hottest teams are the San Antonio Silver Stars, featuring former Lady Flames assistant coach Olaf Lange, and the Detroit Shock, whose roster includes Liberty graduate Katie Feenstra. McNaney Finishes Ninth in Heptathlon at USA Track & Field Championships

2005 Liberty graduate Danielle McNaney earned her second consecutive top 10 heptathlon finish at the AT&T USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Saturday afternoon in Indianapolis, Ind. An exceptional second day propelled McNaney from 17th place to ninth at the end of the seven-event competition, with a final score of 5,555.
