Jamie Keys currently serves as the assistant licensing coordinator in the Liberty University Sports Marketing Department. She graduated from Liberty in May of 2009, with a B.S. degree in Sport Management and a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences.
Keys has worked in many different areas of the Liberty University Athletics Department since joining as a student worker in 2004. Her duties have ranged from Athletics Insurance Assistant, to Receptionist/Office Assistant, to Game Operations Manager and Marketing Assistant.
Since 2007, she has worked in food services with the Lynchburg Hillcats, an Class A minor league baseball club in The Carolina League, an affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. For two years, she worked in record-keeping for the Morgantown BoParc Recreational Softball League, with over 120 teams – the largest in West Virginia.
Keys, 26, is a native of Morgantown, W.Va., where she graduated in 2004 from Trinity High School. While a student at the private, non-denominational Christian school, she was a captain on the cheerleading squad and also competed in volleyball, as well as keeping stats for the baseball team. Keys comes from a sports family. Her father, Kevin, has spent 36 years in collegiate athletics administration, and her older brother, Josh, is an assistant women’s basketball coach at The College of Charleston.
Keys now resides in Rustburg, Va.
