• Big South All-Academic Team
• Big South 5K champion and 10K runner-up (in her collegiate 10K debut)
• Posted personal-best times in each of her first four races of the outdoor season, including a 2:15.52 800 at the Virginia Cup, a 4:33.84 1,500 at the Raleigh Relays, a 16:45.99 5K at the Stanford Invitational and a 36:24.50 10K at the Big South Championship
• Became the fourth Lady Flame ever to run a sub-17:00 5K (indoors or outdoors)
• Wrapped up her year with a 21st-place finish in the ECAC 5K final in 16:56.65
• Anchored the Lady Flames to the eighth-fastest distance medley relay time (11:56.54) in school history at the Penn Relays

2013-14 Indoor Track & Field (Jr.)
• Made the Big South All-Academic Team
• Big South Women's Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 22
• Big South runner-up in the mile and third-place finisher in the 3K
• Broke the program record with her 3K time of 9:38.90 at the ECAC meet, which was good for 13th place in the event
• Dropped her mile personal-best to 4:53.40 in the Big South final and lowered her 5K indoor best to 17:00.08 at the Husky Classic

• Big South All-Academic Team member
• Earned All-Big South honors for the second straight year by placing third at the Big South Championship
• Came in 57th at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship, including second among Big South runners
• Named Big South Runner of the Week on Oct. 2, after recording a personal-best 5K time of 17:58.2 at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational

• Less than three hours later, helped to seal Liberty's team title with a third-place 5K finish in a season-best 17:26.20

• Earned a spot on the Big South Presidential Honor Roll
• Limited to five total races due to injury
• In the 3K, placed 13th at the ECAC meet and 15th at the USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships

• Scored 18 points in her three events at the Big South meet, placing second in the 3K, fourth in the mile and fourth in the 5K

• Became the sixth Lady Flame ever to run a sub-5:00 indoor mile, with her 4:58.44 effort at the Valentine Invitational

• Opened her collegiate career in impressive fashion, placing fourth overall and second among collegiate entrants at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational
