2010 (So.): Notched a pair of runner-up finishes at the Big South indoor meet, in the mile and 3K … qualified for the ECAC indoor meet, where she took sixth place in the mile final … carried her success over into the outdoor campaign … finished second in the Big South 5K and third in the 1,500, becoming the only Lady Flame to earn all-conference honors in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track in 2009-10 … finished 10th in the ECAC 1,500-meter final … ran the 1,500 at the first-ever NCAA Preliminary Round meet … led off for the second-fastest distance medley quartet in program history, which clocked 11:32.55 at the Penn Relays … made the USTFCCCA All-Academic team … Cross Country: Fully healthy for the first time in her collegiate career, enjoyed a strong cross country season … earned her first career All-Big South honor with a third-place finish in the conference meet, posting a personal-best 5K time of 18:37 … her effort helped the Lady Flames win the Big South team title … named to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
