Fans of the Liberty Lady Flames Women's Basketball team will get to know the players on this year's team a little better through a new series entitled "One-On-One With ...".  Today's installment features a question-and-answer session with junior guard Courtney Watkins.

What is your favorite sport to play, other than basketball?
Ping-Pong.

Why did you decide to attend Liberty?
Because of the great Christian atmosphere.

Who is your favorite band?
Rascal Flatts.

Who was your favorite athlete while growing up and who is it now?
Growing up, it was Chamique Holdsclaw.

Who is your favorite Bible character and why?
Jesus, because he saved me!

Who is the most famous person you've met?
DeAngelo Hall.

What is your favorite food at the Liberty cafeteria?
Cereal.

Why did you choose your uniform number?
I was # 14 in high school, but that number is retired here.

What is your biggest pet peeve and why?
I have to get my homework done early, because I feel like I am not prepared for class.

What website do you visit the most frequently?
Liberty site, to check my email.

What is your favorite restaurant?
La Villa.

What DVD do you wear out the most?
Happy Gilmore.

What is the best part about playing on the Liberty women's basketball team?
My teammates and coaches.

What is your favorite store to shop at?
I have a few—Gap, Banana Republic, Express, American Eagle and others.

What is the last book you've read, outside of those required for class and the Bible?
Come Thirsty.

Where do you see yourself in five years?
Being married and hopefully working at a high school as a guidance counselor while coaching basketball.
