Jessie Boda

Under the direction of first year head coach Jeff Maren, the Liberty women's tennis team enters the 2012-13 season with high hopes for success. Throughout the 2012-2013 season, LibertyFlames.com will provide a look at each of the Lady Flames' players.

Junior Jessie Boda saw most of her action during doubles competition during the 2012 spring season. Boda notched eight wins in doubles play, including a 6-4 record with partner Carol Lobel. In singles matches, the junior recorded a perfect 3-0 mark. Boda is coming off a solid fall tournament season for the Lady Flames. Her best weekend came at the Hokie Fall Invite, where she was able to post 3-1 marks in both singles and doubles matches.

From the Head Coach: "Jessie is one of the hardest workers on the team and because of this, she has improved her fitness and her tennis this semester.  I have no doubt that she will continue to inspire the team and us as coaches in the spring and contribute towards our overall success."
