A day after helping the Liberty Lady Flames claim the NorPac East regular-season title, Natalie Barr has been named the conference's East Division Co-Offensive Player of the Week. Barr shares the award with Longwood's Stacey de Grandhomme.

This is the fourth weekly award for Barr this season and second consecutive Offensive Player of the Week honor. The freshman was named NorPac East Co-Rookie of the Week on Sept. 11 and Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 18 and Oct. 22.

Barr finished the weekend with eight shots, three goals and one assist. On Friday against Appalachian State, Barr tallied a goal and an assist as the Lady Flames downed the Mountaineers, 3-1. In Liberty's regular-season finale against Davidson Sunday, the Northern Ireland native notched a pair of goals, including the game winner with 1:08 remaining in the game.

Barr finished the regular season with a team-best 14 goals and seven assists. Barr's 14 goals places her in a tie for the most goals by a freshman in the nation with UConn's Louisa Boddy.

On Thursday, the Lady Flames will travel to Farmville, Va. for the first round of the NorPac Tournament. Liberty (7-1 NorPac) will open against the fourth seed from the West Division, Pacific (1-5 NorPac). Game time versus the Tigers is slated for 1:30 p.m.
