• Liberty leads the overall series, 5-4
• The Flames have won four out of the last five meetings
• Liberty's lone setback during the last five meetings was a 45-31 loss during the team's last visit to Conway, S.C., on Nov. 13, 2010
• The Flames are 1-3 all-time when facing the Chanticleers at Brooks Stadium
• Liberty's only road win in the series came on Oct. 4, 2008 (43-38)
• The shootout saw the team teams combined for 1,065 yards of total offense (Liberty – 531, Coastal Carolina – 534)
• Former Flame standout and current Jacksonville Jaguar Rashad Jennings finished the game with 228 all-purpose yards (195 rush, 33 receiving) and scored three touchdowns
• Rashad Jennings could have scored one more TD in the game, but he elected to stop on a 32-yard run on the one-yard line to allow the Flames to run the clock out and secure the road victory
