Presbyterian Series Notes:
• Liberty leads the overall series with PC, 5-4
• Liberty is a perfect 3-0 against PC in Big South games (since 2009)
• The Flames have won the last three meetings between the two teams
• Liberty is 2-2 overall when facing PC in Clinton, S.C.
• The first two meetings in Clinton took place in the early 1980s with the two teams splitting the contests
• Liberty and PC played each other for four straight years in the 1980s (1982-85), with PC winning three out of the four matchups
• The series was renewed in 2007 when PC joined the Big South
• During the first two meetings of the renewed series, PC was in its NCAA Division I transitional phase and was not part of the official BSC standings
• Liberty is 4-1 against PC since the series was restarted in 2007
• The lone loss was a 31-28 setback at Bailey Memorial Stadium in 2008 (Nov. 1)

Gardner-Webb Recap:
• The Flames scored 32 of the game's final 39 points to rally for a 42-35 victory
• The victory was head coach Turner Gill's first as Liberty's head football coach
• The win extended Liberty's home Big South winning streak to a conference record 16 straight games (last home BSC loss was to Gardner-Webb in 2006)
• The game started Liberty's 11th season of Big South football

• The Flames will be looking for their first road victory under head coach Turner Gill
• Liberty will be looking to snap a three-game road losing streak
• The Flames last road victory came on Oct. 22, 2011, when Liberty defeated Charleston Southern, 38-16
• The game will pit Liberty's No. 34 ranked offense (405.8 yards per game) against PC's No. 109 ranked defense (463.67 yards allowed per game)

• The Homecoming game was played in front of 18,239 fans
• The attendance figure marked the fifth largest crowd in Williams Stadium history
• Three of Liberty's top five Williams Stadium attendance figures have now come from Homecoming games
• Liberty currently ranks No. 10 in the country in total home attendance (51,204), No. 12 in average home attendance (17,068) and No. 22 in filling stadium capacity (88.90 percent)
• The game was the seventh highest attended FCS game in the country last weekend
