A Look at Liberty
The Flames, 2-5, will look to snap a two-game losing streak on Saturday, after falling in double overtime to Richmond, 2-1, Tuesday evening.
Liberty has scored seven goals on the year. Defenders and team captains Sam Duininck and Greg White have each scored two goals to lead Liberty. Forward Kyle Breitmeyer netted his first goal of the year on Tuesday to join midfielder Juan Niño and defender Uriah Bentick with one goal each. Freshman midfielder Tim Harbison has assisted on three of the Flames' markers to lead the squad.
Scott Sutarik and Sam Chappell have shared the goalkeeping duties for the Flames this season.  Sutarik has registered a 1.66 goals-against average over 379 minutes of play. Meanwhile, Chappell, who recorded his first college win in his last start at Howard on Sept. 12, has posted a 2.00 goals-against average in 270 minutes.
Head Coach Jeff Alder has led the Flames to a 110-84-19 record during his 12 seasons, capturing his 100th victory in a 2-0 win at No. 10 Virginia last season. Alder's Flames posted an 11-6-3 record in 2011, en route to their second Big South Conference crown and fifth consecutive season with a double-digit win total.

All-Time Against Wofford
Saturday's meeting will be the eighth meeting between Liberty and Wofford on the soccer pitch. In a series started in 1980, Liberty leads, 4-2-1.
Last season, the Terriers defeated the Flames, 3-1, on a rainy evening in Spartanburg, S.C. on Oct. 11. Forward Kyle Breitmeyer assisted on a Liberty's only goal by senior midfielder Juan F. Nino.

A Look at Wofford
The Terriers, 5-4, enter Saturday's contest coming off a 1-0 setback at No. 6 North Carolina in double overtime, Tuesday.
Senior forward Alex Hutchins has been an offensive force for Wofford, scoring a team-leading seven goals. Defender Forrest Lasso also has multiple goals for the Terriers, having netted two goals on the year. Billy Padula and Carlos Dominguez Gonzalez each have three assists to pace Wofford.
Andrew Drennan has been the Terrier goalkeeper in all nine games this season. The senior has a 0.88 goals-against average and two shutouts.
Head Coach Ralph Polson is in his fifth year at Wofford. He has led the Terriers to a 31-44-7 record during his tenure.

65 and Counting
Senior defender Greg White started his 65th consecutive match, Tuesday. The defender and two-time Liberty team captain has started every game of his Flames career.
The defender has been a regular starter in each game during the past three seasons (2009-11), with his streak starting on Sept. 1, 2009 in a 10-1 Liberty victory over Concord. Last season, he played every minute in each of Liberty's contests for the Flames.

Look Ahead
Liberty will next host the Campbell Fighting Camels at the Campus East Fields, next Friday. The Big South Conference match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
