Sarah Gipe was named the NorPac Eastern Division Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Coming off of a week in which she scored four goals in three games, Liberty Lady Flames' forward Sarah Gipe was named the NorPac Eastern Division Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, as announced by the conference.

Gipe scored in each of the Lady Flames' three games this past week, including a two-goal performance against La Salle on Sunday. She is the first player in program history to have a pair of two-goal performances in a single season and a career.

Gipe also notched 11 shots during the three-game span, which saw Liberty win two out of the three games and push its overall record to 5-4 (1-1 NorPac).

Gipe's four-goal performance this past week pushed her season total to seven, which ties Helen Doolittle's program-best mark from a year ago.

Gipe and the Lady Flames take their two-game winning streak to St. Louis, Mo. for an upcoming pair of weekend matchups. The Lady Flames will battle the Saint Louis Billikens on Saturday at 1 p.m. Eastern, before playing a neutral-site game against Missouri State at Saint Louis, Sunday at noon.
