Before the Liberty women's soccer team's clash with Pittsburgh on Friday, Flames Sports Network correspondent Nick Pierce caught up with redshirt senior goalkeeper Karen Blocker and senior defender Lauren Stell.

In the opening segment, Blocker talks about the team's chemistry and looks back at her weekend performances against American and Old Dominion. The Bowie, Md., native also discusses her reaction to tying the program's all-time career shutout record (15), this past Sunday.

Stell closes out the interview, reviewing her two game-winning goals against the Eagles and the Lady Monarchs. The reigning Big South Attacking Player of the Week also previews the Lady Flames' matchup with Pitt.

Liberty, off to its best start in program history at 4-2, returns to action on Friday against the Panthers at 7 p.m. Due to renovations at Osborne Stadium, the contest will take place at the Campus East Athletics Fields.
