Andrew Scheck and Chris Osborne recieved the Coaches Award.

Andrew Scheck and Chris Osborne were the recipients of the Coaches Award at the recent Liberty Men's Soccer banquet.

The award recognizes the player or players who demonstrate growth as a player and a person, invests his life in the lives of others, and is willing to serve his teammates, coaches and consistent basis. The honor is the only award given each year by the men's soccer program.

"Andrew and Chris personify what our program is about," stated Liberty Head Coach Jeff Alder.  They both display a willingness each day to serve others.  They embrace something bigger than themselves and are both wholeheartedly committed on playing a role with the framework of our team concept. I'm proud of both of these guys and look forward to seeing them continue to grow as players and people during the spring season."

Scheck, a native of Acworth, Georgia, and Osborne, a native of York, Pa., recently completed their freshmen year with the Flames.
