From the top row of the bleachers at Princeton's Weaver Track & Field Stadium, LibertyFlames.com will provide live blog coverage of all three days of the 2012 IC4A/ECAC Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships, weather permitting.

I write "weather permitting" due to the lack of an enclosed press box at this facility. If we get any prolonged rain, I will have to discontinue the blog until it is safe to resume using my laptop computer.

Both Liberty teams have a chance to finish well in the team standings, as the Lady Flames enter Sunday's competition in fourth place in the ECAC, while the Flames sit seventh in the IC4A.

Liberty will have athletes entered in nine events on Sunday, six of which are field events. Here's a look at today's schedule.

10 a.m. – ECAC Shot Put (Mychelle Cumings)
10 a.m. – ECAC High Jump (Mia Aghaji)
10:30 a.m. – IC4A Javelin (Steve Feister and Daniel Klase)
11 a.m. – ECAC Triple Jump (Mia Aghaji)
12:15 p.m. – ECAC 4 x 100 Relay (Spruel, Flower, Charnuski, Layne)
12:20 p.m. – IC4A 4 x 100 Relay (Spruel, Robbins, Williams, Asante)
1 p.m. – IC4A High Jump (Kyle Wheeler)
1 p.m. – IC4A Shot Put (David Scouten and Ryan Smith)
2:25 p.m. – ECAC 3K (Jacy Christiansen and Jennifer Klugh)

I will again be using the interactive CoveritLive blog interface. This format allows readers to submit comments and questions throughout the day, as you follow your favorite Flames and Lady Flames.

Without further ado, go Liberty!
