From the top row of the bleachers at Princeton's Weaver Track & Field Stadium, LibertyFlames.com will provide live blog coverage of all three days of the 2012 IC4A/ECAC Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships, weather permitting.

I write "weather permitting" due to the lack of an enclosed press box at this facility. If we get any prolonged rain, I will have to discontinue the blog until it is safe to resume using my laptop computer.

Today will be another full day of action, beginning with the completion of the ECAC heptathlon and IC4A decathlon. Unfortunately, though, Jacob DeValve will be unable to complete the final five events of the decathlon due to injury.

Liberty will also have field event athletes compete in the ECAC pole vault, javelin and hammer, as well as the IC4A long jump, pole vault, discus and hammer.

Finally, running event preliminaries will be contested for about eight hours, setting the fields for all of Sunday's track finals.

I will again be using the interactive CoveritLive blog interface. This format allows readers to submit comments and questions throughout the day, as you follow your favorite Flames and Lady Flames.

Without further ado, go Liberty!
