The defending Big South Champion Liberty men's soccer team has announced its 2012 Spring schedule. The Flames will have five spring contests in preparation for the upcoming 2013 season.

"I feel this schedule will allow us to stretch our team and prepare some of our younger guys for the future, as we try to move our program forward," stated Liberty head coach Jeff Alder.  "Having lost five players to graduation and five players to the professional ranks, we have to gain a lot of game experience in a short period of time. The five road games against four college teams and a professional team will test our resolve and togetherness as we try to prepare for the future."

The Flames captured the Big South Championship, posting an 11-6-3 record. It was the fifth consecutive year Liberty has won 10 or more contests in a season.
