Reagan Miller is now a two-time Big South Freshman of the Week honoree.

For the second time this season, Liberty point guard Reagan Miller has been recognized as the Big South Conference The Crons Brand Freshman of the Week, it was announced today.

Miller helped Liberty post home conference victories over Charleston Southern and Coastal Carolina, extending the Lady Flames' winning streak to 11 games. For the week, the Sanger, Texas native averaged 14.5 ppg and 3.5 apg, while shooting 43.8 percent (7-of-16) from three-point range.

Miller got her week started with a career-best 23-point outburst during the Lady Flames' 77-69 double overtime win over Charleston Southern on Saturday. She tied her career high with five three-pointers, including one with 53 seconds left in regulation that sent the contest to overtime. Miller tied a school single-game record by playing 48 minutes against the Lady Buccaneers.

Last night, Miller posted six points, four assists and three rebounds in a 66-54 victory over Coastal Carolina. She only committed one turnover in 32 minutes of action, contributing to the Lady Flames' season-low total of 12 turnovers on the evening.

For the year, Miller ranks fourth in the Big South for three-point field goal percentage (.371), fifth in assists (4.0 apg) and seventh in three-point field goals made (1.79/game).

Miller and the Lady Flames are preparing for their final road trip of the 2011-12 regular season. Liberty will play at Winthrop Saturday at 1 p.m., before heading to Presbyterian College for a Monday 7 p.m. tipoff.
