Liberty head swimming coach Jake Shellenberger has led the Lady Flames to a 12-2 dual-meet record this season.

The Liberty swimming team closed out its 2011-12 regular-season schedule by posting a 7-0 record in dual-meet action this past weekend. The Lady Flames (12-2, 9-1 CCSA) defeated Gardner-Webb, 119-86, on Friday, before going 6-0 at the Davidson Duals on Saturday.

LibertyFlames.com's Nick Pierce sat down with head coach Jake Shellenberger to discuss the Lady Flames' recently-completed regular season. The interview focuses on season highlights, such as close wins against Marshall, North Dakota and Georgia Southern, while also previewing the CCSA conference championships.

Liberty will next compete at the 2012 Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association (CCSA) Swimming & Diving Championships, held Feb. 16-18 at the University of Georgia's Gabrielsen Natatorium.
