Those unable to attend the "Evening with Turner Gill" event this Wednesday evening can still have a front row seat to the festivities from the comfort of their own homes in front of their computers.
The university recently had great success with its "Church on Facebook" event, where more than 40,000 people worldwide watched a Wednesday evening campus church service through a specially designed app for the social platform.
This Wednesday evening, the Flames Club is going to be hosting an "Evening with Turner Gill," where Liberty's eighth head football coach will officially introduce his 2012 signing class, as well as publicly introduce his coaching staff for the first time.
Those unable to attend the free event, which begins at 5:30 p.m. (EST) in the Club Pavilion of the Williams Stadium Tower, can still catch all the action online through this Facebook function.
In order to view the live stream, Flames fans will need to log onto the Liberty Flames Athletics Facebook page and click on the specially designated event tab. The event tab will be available on Wednesday morning and the video stream is slated to go live at 6 p.m. (EST).
Following Gill's presentation of his entire 2012 recruiting class, Gill will field a select number of questions from those gathered inside the Club Pavilion, as well as, those who submit questions through a specially designated thread on Facebook.
In order to submit a question through Facebook, fans will need to "like" the Liberty Flames Athletics Facebook page and post their questions to the designated thread that will be available throughout the day on Wednesday, starting at 9 a.m. (EST).
