New Features Available For 2006-07 Lady Flames Basketball Season
Fans, friends and family of the 2006-07 Liberty women's basketball team will have more ways than ever to keep up with the Lady Flames this season. Game Day Central and live statistics will both debut at Saturday's season opener against Norfolk State at 7 p.m. at the Vines Center. 

Game Day Central will serve as an exhaustive source of information for every Lady Flames basketball game, containing links to information on both teams, live audio, live stats and more. There are several ways to access Game Day Central. Fans may click the button on the right side of the main www.LibertyFlames.com website, the link within the women's basketball schedule/results page or by clicking here

Live stats will be available for all home games and selected road games. If available, a link will be found within the Game Day Central page or on the schedule/results page. Live stats for the Liberty-Norfolk State contest may be found here

WWMC 90.9 FM "The Light" will be broadcasting every Liberty game this season. Streaming audio of the radio broadcasts is available on Game Day Central, on the schedule/results page or by clicking here

Live video of each home women's basketball game will also be available through the Big South EDGE, accessible by clicking here

For the first time in league history, the Big South Conference will video stream live its women's basketball home Conference games free on its premium content website, The Big South EDGE presented by Aéropostale. All conference games involving Big South members will be available exclusively online beginning with the 2006-07 season. The free package is presented by new Big South sponsor Havoc energy drink. 

The video stream of women's basketball games and all Big South events, which will also be available on a video-on-demand basis for subscribers of The EDGE, requires a high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable or above), Microsoft Windows Media Player 9.0 or greater downloaded and installed, and a screen resolution of 800x600 or greater, among other requirements.
