Liberty swimming head coach Jake Shellenberger has announced the addition of four student-athletes, starting in the 2012-13 academic year.

Liberty swimming head coach Jake Shellenberger has announced the addition of four student-athletes to the swimming program. Laura Day, Ranndi Grubbs, Kendall Hough and Hannah Wakeley have all signed national letters of intent to attend Liberty starting in the 2012-13 academic year.

"We are very excited about our fall group of signees, and we will have a few more to add in the spring," Shellenberger noted. "Assistant coach Jessica Barnes has put together the beginnings of another very talented class, both academically and athletically."

Shellenberger added, "They complement our current group of student-athletes and the culture we have created here at Liberty.  We have added to our depth in key places and have addressed weaknesses in others.  With all four scoring in the conference, we feel very good about the future of the program and our future standing in the CCSA."
