Swor Named Big South Pitcher Of The Week For The Second Time
For the second time this season, Sarah Swor has been named the Big South's New Balance Pitcher of the Week as announced by the league today.

Swor (Jr., RHP, Elkview, W.Va.)
finished last week with a 1-0 record and a 0.78 ERA. She picked up her third shutout of the season as she scattered five hits and struck out two batters in Liberty's 3-0 victory over 24th-ranked Virginia Tech on Thursday, while she hit a two-run homer in the 6-5 opening game victory over the Hokies. This marked the second and third time that Liberty has defeated a ranked team in the history of the program.

Swor, who was also named Big South Pitcher of the Week on March 20, leads the team with 15 victories and a 15-9 overall record, while adding a team-high 15 complete games, three shutouts and 159 2/3 innings of work.
