Open Net with Laura Nyholt
Nyholt, a midfielder, appeared in all 19 contests for the Lady Flames this season, starting in five. She recorded eight shots and scored a goal on Sept. 24 in a 4-0 win over Francis Marion at home.
Nyholt is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where she was team captain and MVP as a senior. Her twin sister, Ashley, is a goalkeeper for the Lady Flames.
