The Liberty Lady Flames took four of the six singles matches played to win a close match with the Radford Highlanders, 4-3, Wednesday afternoon on the refurbished Eshbenshade-Hershey Tennis Courts in Big South women's tennis action.

The Lady Flames, winners of three straight matches, move to 8-7 overall and even their conference mark at 3-3. The Highlanders drop to 7-12 overall and 1-6 in conference play.

Radford claimed the doubles point to start the afternoon by taking two of the three contests. Jonita Randolph (Sr., Townville, S.C.) and Martyna Hanusz (So., Stalowa Wala, Poland) continued their winning ways as the pair won their fifth straight match at #1 doubles. However, the pair was the only winners for Liberty in doubles.
