Birmingham-Southern Downs Lady Flames

The Birmingham-Southern Panthers defeated the Liberty Lady Flames, 6-1, Tuesday afternoon in Big South Tennis action at the Randolph Macon Women's College Tennis Courts.

Birmingham-Southern opened the match by claiming the doubles point by taking two of the three doubles contests on the afternoon.

The Panthers then took five of the six singles contest to take the match. Jonita Randolph (Jr., Townville, S.C.) was the lone Liberty winner in singles and also won her doubles match for the Lady Flames only dual victor on the day.

The Lady Flames are in action tomorrow afternoon as they travel to High Point, N.C. for a Big South Conference match with the High Point Panthers. The match is set to begin at 1 p.m.
