Cody Brown and the Flames have had their three-game series against Manhattan canceled due to forecasted inclement weather.

The Liberty Flames baseball team's home opening series with the Manhattan Jaspers has been canceled due to forecasted inclement weather for the Lynchburg, Va., area.

Both Saturday's doubleheader and Sunday's single contest have been canceled.

Liberty returns to the diamond, Tuesday with a contest at VCU. The midweek contest at The Diamond in Richmond is scheduled for 3 p.m. The following afternoon, the Flames will open their home schedule at Al Worthington Stadium against George Mason. The Wednesday contest is slated for 3 p.m.
