Liberty Continues Its Winning Ways

The Lady Flames continued their winning ways as they handed the Bearcats of Binghamton a 3-1 (17-30, 30-28, 30-28, 33-31) loss in Liberty's second match of the William and Mary Invitational at the William and Mary Hall.

For the game, Liberty was led by Lara Bartolomeo who recorded a double-double with a career-high 52 assists and 16 digs. For the second-straight match, Jessica Nelson and Kendal Nichols recorded a double-double as Nelson collected 16 kills and 17 digs, while Nichols tallied 18 kills and 11 digs. Janell Migeot finished with 13 kills and Autum Poorman recorded 10 kills, while hitting .421 for the match.

Liberty will be back in action on the final day of the William and Mary Invitational as they take on St. John's at 2 p.m. and finish up against William and Mary at 7 p.m. at the William and Mary Hall.
