Today, LibertyFlames.com continues its women's soccer feature, "Free Kicks with …" Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the season, "Free Kicks with …" hopes to help you get to know the Lady Flames a bit better. The series continues today with sophomore Ashley Nyholt.

Nyholt is one of three goalkeepers on the Lady Flames' roster. This season, she is serving in a reserve capacity.

Last season, Nyholt played in 13 matches, with 11 starts. She posted a 2.20 goals-against-average and a .671 save percentage in 980:25 of playing time. Nyholt recorded a 3-10 mark with two shutouts. She had a career-high seven saves against both Old Dominion and Virginia. In addition, she earned Big South Presidential Honor Roll mention.

A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School, the Brampton, Ontario native had the most shutouts in her final season in the Ontario Soccer League. Her Team Ontario squad captured the 2005 Canadian National Championship. Her twin sister, Laura, is also a member of the Lady Flames team.

Having something else to do other than homework.

2. Who is your favorite Bible character and why?
I've always loved David. No matter what was going on in his life, he always praised God. Through the hardest times, David understood the power of God and lived his life as a song for his creator.

3. If you could eat dinner with three other people (living or dead), who would they be and why?
My Opa, I never got to meet him. Jesus, that would just be awesome. JFK, maybe he knows who shot him.

4. When I have an hour of free time, I like to …
Play guitar.

5. If someone would look at the songs on my iPod, I would be embarrassed for them to see I have this song or artist …
Great Balls of Fire - Jerry Lee Lewis.

6. What TV station do you watch most often?
TBS, gotta love Everybody Loves Raymond!!

7. It is not good for you, but I still eat …
Oreo cookies dipped in milk! But, they MUST be Canadian Oreos by Mr. Christie. He makes good cookies. None of this Nabisco stuff … gross!

8. A place I would like to visit one day is …
Australia.

9. What are five things you could not live without?
My Bible, guitar, fruit, Oreos and milk.

10. What is something about you that other people don't know?
I love watching thunderstorms.

11. What was the best movie you watched over the summer?
Prince Caspian.

12. Who is the most famous person you have ever met and how did you met them?
Mike "Pinball" Clemons. Not many people have heard of him, but I have, and that's what matters. My dad was working at a convention center and he was shopping around at the end of the day. I just went up to "Pinball" and asked if he could sign my hat. Kind of lame, but I was only 10 years old.

13. My dream job would be …
A travel show host. They go all over the world, stay in amazing hotels, and see awesome places, just to show us what's out there.
